Load Pro has undergone a minimal rebranding, establishing a crispier, cleaner visual identity and brand communication. We created a new marketing messaging for the brand that centers around its diverse services and not be boxed with just being a “junk removal” company. We ensured that a complete brand guideline package was established for Load Pro.

Web Design

The new and fully customized website of Load Pro is user-friendly, clean, and modern. We want users to consider the website as the brand's hub for essential information about their services and provide them convenience in asking for free quotes. We designed the website with bold colors but retained the warmth of a "local-feel" by adding photos that encapsulate their target demographics; families and couples. We provided unique and on-brand iconography, which can be seen throughout the website.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, significantly impacting the service industry, Load Pro saw an opportunity for survival, connection, and reassurance. Rather than retreating, we actively engaged with our clients and patrons, ensuring transparency in our operations during these challenging times. We dedicated our efforts to educating our customers about the measures Load Pro was implementing for their safety and the continuity of services. We sought to reinforce our core value of "customer trust," embodying our commitment to reliability and honesty in every situation. This proactive approach was crucial in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, further cementing Load Pro's reputation as a trusted service provider amidst unprecedented circumstances.

In collaboration with Load Pro, JMARKETING successfully executed a vibrant rebranding of their Facebook profile and initiated a lively Instagram page. The objective was to enhance Load Pro's reach and stimulate heightened engagement with its audience, establishing a more interactive bond between the brand and its followers.

To jumpstart this initiative, we launched a promotional campaign offering a 20% discount on all services priced over $99. Communicated through striking posts, immersive stories, and tailored ads, this promotional event served a dual purpose: it significantly increased traffic. It sparked extensive conversation around Load Pro's online presence while incentivizing potential customers to experience our comprehensive range of services.

Our creative content management didn't stop post-promotion. Leveraging our Special Offer packages, we have continued to create engaging posts that spotlight Load Pro's commitment to service excellence, community dedication, and the extensive array of its offerings.
